Mr. Dwijadas Basak is the Chief Executive Officer of TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, supplying electricity to over 2 million consumers in Northern Odisha. He brings over three decades' experience in power distribution management.

Prior to joining TPNODL, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at TP Central Odisha Distribution Ltd (TPCODL), where he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence. A seasoned electrical engineer, Mr. Basak has held various leadership positions within the Tata Power Group. Before moving to Odisha, he was Chief of the Commercial and Social Impact Group at Tata Power-DDL in New Delhi. Mr Basak has worked in India and Brazil. Between 1991-2000, he worked with three major private power distribution companies in India. During the 2000-2002 period, he served at AES Electro Paulo, and was involved in the business of power distribution in the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Since 2003, he has been associated with the Tata Power Group in various roles. He played a key role in the transformation journey of Distribution business in North and Northwest of Delhi (Tata Power-DDL).

He had successfully completed Advanced Management Program (SLDP)- 2022-2023 from IIM Ahmedabad and holds Alumni status of IIM-A. He pursued Advanced Leadership Course from IIM- Bangalore and Certification Program on General Management (TGELS) by Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC).

Sriballav Singh, Chief - Human Resource & Administration, is a Human Resource business leader with experience across sectors, Mining & Metal, Construction, Power & Utility and exposure to large diverse workforce & locations within India & abroad. He provides strategic & operational HR leadership at TPNODL for a radical turnaround in human resource systems & processes. Prior to taking up this role at TPNODL he has worked in different organisations of repute in various capacities, last assignment being as Head- HR, IR, Compliances and Allied Workforce Management at Tata Power, Mumbai, providing strategic functional leadership across existing and upcoming projects of Tata Power spread across various locations in India.

An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and has rich experience of over 30 years in building robust HR systems & processes, dealing with unions, negotiations and strategic decision making towards establishing vibrant, productive & sustainable work culture. A problem solver and has the knack to understand the current & visualize the future. He has worked for many merger & acquisition assignments deploying smooth transitions and post M&A culture building

Mr. Sengupta, prior to taking up this role as CFO with TPNODL, was the Head - Finance & Accounts at Tata Power Solar, spearheading the company's finance & accounts, commercial & taxation functions.

With a career spanning over twenty-four years, Mr. Sengupta brings with him a rich experience in diverse areas like Financial Management, Business Plan & Strategy, Accounting & Taxation, Import & Export.

He joined Tata Power in the year 2007 and moved in different role as Head-Finance of Haldia division (merchant power plant), then moved to Coastal Gujarat Power Limited (CGPL) in Gujarat as Head-Finance & accounts and since 2016 in Tata Power Solar, a 100% subsidiary of Tata Power.

Starting his career in FMCG company, he has worked in manufacturing & real estate company as well. In his career he was responsible for Finance, Taxation, Strategy, Funding, Project Finance, Financial Modelling, Price Fixation, MIS & budgeting. During his career he also handled internal audit & risk management and involved in commercial negotiation, handled offshore fund inflow & its management alongside managing FEMA Regulations.

Mr. Sengupta is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.

Nilesh Potphode, Chief Operation Services, is Post Graduate in Electrical Power Systems having more than 30 years of experience in Power sector. His work experience ranges across Generation-Transmission-Distribution business of supply chain with domain knowledge across Commissioning of Thermal Plant / EHV substations / Protection and Engineering / Planning of Distribution Network as well as Operations and Maintenance of Large Distribution utility. He has worked in Projects / Utilities in India as well as abroad. He also specialises in Customer Acquisition and Marketing in competitive scenario of Distribution Utilities, as in Mumbai.

A problem solver and expertise in Techno commercial arena, he provides strategic leadership for safe and reliable operations at TPNODL. Prior to taking over the role in TPNODL, he has worked in Tata Power, Mumbai Distribution, as Chief Operations and in TPNODL as Chief Engineering and Planning.

Mr. Gaurav Bhardwaj is currently heading TPNODL's Contracts and Materials Management function. With over two decades of experience in the utility industry, he has acquired strong foundations in procurement, contract management, business development, and energy metering.

His early roles included Group Head-BD (T&D) at Tata Power Company Limited where he was instrumental in leading and guiding the BD team to successfully expand Tata Power's business into various states across South and East India. In addition to his involvement with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited since its inception, he has contributed to the development of the power distribution system by contributing to various functions in the organization. Driven by excellence and quality, he has exceptional analytical skills and a flair for technical innovation in supply chain management. In addition to his Bachelor of Technology degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering obtained from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, he has also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) in Finance from Symbiosis Pune.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mohanty is an Electrical Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution sector, with companies such as Sterlite Power Transmission Ltd., Tata Power Company Ltd., Essar Power Limited, Jindal Stainless Limited, and Lanco Infratech Ltd. His experience includes all aspects of Pre-project activities, Project Planning, Project Execution, Project Management, Bidding, and EPC. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (BEE), an Internal Auditor of ISO 9001 & 14001, a Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) and an IPMA D Level certificate holder.
