Mr. Rajeev Goel is the Head of IT & OT at TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL) and heading Application Administrative Services for Tata Power's T&D cluster. He leads the Information and Operational Technology (IT/OT) function at TPNODL, managing the integration and deployment of systems such as SAP, GIS, IT infrastructure, SCADA, AMI, and ADMS. In addition, he is an active member of TPNODL's Total Quality Management (TQM) core committee.

He brings over three decades of experience, including 20 years dedicated to the power distribution sector. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in driving reforms in the power distribution industry through technological advancements. His expertise encompasses formulating IT/OT strategies and roadmaps, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance, overseeing change control management, administering applications such as SAP, AMI, ADMS, and FFA, as well as managing disaster recovery centers and enhancing cybersecurity. Mr Goel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications with advanced-level certifications in SAP. He has also pursued his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.

Before assuming his current position, Mr. Goel served at TP Western Odisha Limited (TPWODL) and Tata Power-DDL, where he contributed significantly to the transformation of Tata Power-DDL into a globally recognized benchmark utility. Earlier in his career, he worked with prestigious organizations such as HCL and CSC.

Mr. Ramendra N. Banik, Head - HR, IR, ES & and Administration at TPNODL is a HR business leader with over 26 years' experience in the power sector. He is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of human resources, as well as the enhancement of systems and processes related to human resources.

An alumnus of XLRI and post-graduate in economics, he has extensive experience building robust HR systems and processes, managing unions, and creating an efficient, effective, and sustainable work culture.

Mr. Joydip Roy, an engineering graduate from NIT Durgapur has over 27 years' experience in the power distribution business with multiple utilities including CESC, AES, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Tata Power Mumbai, and TPDDL, and has undertaken various transformation initiatives to improve efficiency.

During his association with Price Waterhouse Coopers, he was involved in restructuring two SEBs (OSEB and RSEB) into separate Generation, Transmission and Distribution utilities, as well as institutionalizing and improving the distribution part of the value chain.

Also, he led the strategy function of the Tata Power Group, shaping the future growth strategy of its Generation, Transmission, Distribution, and Renewable businesses.

As part of his previous role at TPDDL, he was responsible for managing the commercial aspect of the business and successfully handled Customer Revenue Cycle Management.

Mr. Harish Sharma is a seasoned industrial expert with over 35 years of industry experience. An Engineering Graduate from Thapar University, Patiala, and an alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, with an Executive MBA degree, Mr. Sharma has played a pivotal role in transforming the operational performance of various industries and utilities in India and abroad.

With expertise in procurement planning and inventory management for electrical and mechanical equipment, Mr. Sharma has driven business excellence throughout his career. Notably, he contributed significantly to TATA Power-DDL's system strengthening initiative, analysing and planning the distribution network spanning 510 sq. km, and played a key role in reducing AT&C losses from 53% to 9% over 15 years

As a seasoned project management professional, Mr. Sharma has led prestigious projects, including the Energy Audit project in UP Power Corporation Ltd., implementing loss reduction initiatives. His international experience includes serving as CEO in Nigeria and Director-Commercial in Tajikistan, where he successfully reduced AT&C losses and improved commercial performance.

As an SAP-MM team lead, Mr. Sharma spearheaded the digitization of stores records and implemented innovative measures, such as door delivery of materials, resulting in substantial cost savings and process improvements.

In his current role as Chief of Contracts and Material Management at TPNODL, he oversees contracts, materials management, and stores functions. His responsibilities include developing new business processes, digitization, and handling critical service orders. Additionally, he leads the vigilance department, streamlining processes and driving impactful initiatives to foster a culture of ethics and integrity.

With a proven track record of driving transformation, excellence and innovation, Mr. Harish Sharma continues to play a vital role in shaping TPNODL's success.
